We include tracking with all orders.

Ownership of packages once turned over to Package carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info that was given to us. Our free shipping is through USPS or UPS.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches USPS or UPS. After that, it is out of our control.
Processing time may take up to 7 Business days regardless of shipping service. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.
